Increase in Gateway Error by users of NXT forms

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to put out some feelers. Is anyone else seeing an uptick in Gateway Errors for users of NXT Forms? It's only been the last 3 days for us. I did reach out to BBMS support and they said it's just user error for the most part. The uptick makes me suspicious of that though.

Anyway, are you experiencing similar problems recently?

I have not had any problems recently. When i do see problems is when too many people are trying to access the same form at the same time.

For many of our mailings and projects, there is a different form to track response. This helps for tracking and planning purposes but also keeps one form from being overloaded.

what kind of error did you have?
A gateway result code '140' appeared to me, with the status: 'Validation error'.
This error appeared to me on January 21.
