EOY / Annual Statements

Hi all,

My organization recently implemented Blackbaud and as we were getting ready to run our annual statement reports we noticed that the report does not include fields for charitable or non-charitable amounts nor does it allow for customization of the columns and fields. Has anyone run into this issue? Any recommendations are welcome.

Unfortunately what you have found is what other users have found. There are probably a lot of ideas in the idea bank requesting changes to the annual statement options/format.

The lack of customization makes it unusable for many of us.

@Lupe Tovar - You have two options: you can use the standard statement report as is, or you can pull the data manually and merge it into a statement template using Word.

I haven't looked into NXT's Giving Statements recently, you may want to check out that option and see if it will work for your org.

@Lupe Tovar I am using the web version and each year I hope more edits become available. I do have to edit by hand. This year stock gifts are not showing up. I am interested are others including stock gifts on there year end letters? We usually do so I may just make these - we don't have many.
