Create notification to Finance for amended contract type submitted

Hello,

I looked through KB but didn't find anything that addresses this issue. We want to send a notification to our Finance email when a amended contract type is submitted. The notification only needs to include the child or parent's name. Is this possible?

Is it possible to create custom notifications? If not, this is major problem.

Hi @Sharie Sprague - there is an admin contract notification but its for ALL contract types. There is not a way to filter it for just one specific contract type.

• Enrollment management > Communications > Notifications
• Select Filter > ReEnrollment from the Categories > Apply filters
• The “Online Contract Submitted – Administration” can be set up so that selected school staff receive a notification every time a contract is submitted.
