RENXT Giving Statements - Pledge Payments and Regular Payments Must Be Totalled

for the RENXT Giving Statement, it separates out Pledges, the paydown payments, and then straight payments (non-pledged). It does not however add the number for a full accounting of donations made in the calendar year.

That needs to happen ASAP. It's super confusing and the categories are irrelevant for tax purposes - what you gave that year is what you claim.

PLEASE FIX ASAP.

@Miguel Guadalupe this is the perfect thing to look up in the idea bank. There is a fair amount of disappointment regarding the giving statements, and I would be shocked if people hadn't already logged suggestions in the idea bank about improvements that can be made.

You can vote on requests in the idea bank, and Blackbaud has said repeatedly that they DO pay attention to these suggestions. It is definitely the best place to add requests like yours.

Note that while it is linked in the Community, it is a different platform and will require an additional username and password.
