Event registration update?

We are having a tricky time with event registrations - it looks like there was an update recently? Is anyone else having problems? We were getting an un-helpful (no explanation) error message trying to process. We finally tried not creating an account for the parents and it went through, but there was no indication that the parents already had an account.

    @Amanda Polson To clarify/confirm, are you saying that folks who had an account couldn't register but those who did not were able to?

    Have you had the chance to ask Support? And, if so, what did they have to say?

    @Carlene Johnson people could register fine, the problem we were having was processing the registrations. If someone was already in the system we have to choose not to create a new account, but there was no indication if someone was already in the system. We figured it out for what we had to do so I never went to support, I was looking for a bug report place but didnt see that so I posted here :)
