Event Registration Exporting to Spreadsheet

We have an admission event tomorrow and I am trying to export the info from the event registration forms into a spreadsheet. Even if I have both the current school and sending school boxes selected, the columns show up blank. Support does not know why this is happening. Is anyone else having an issue pulling the info from the registration forms into a spreadsheet?
