Setting up Committed Revenue in NXT

We are having trouble trusting the Committed Revenue report in NXT. Does anyone included Appeals?

you don't trust the report b/c it does not match to report you pulled differently? What are you comparing to? have you check if the “committed revenue” gift type is the same as the gift type selected in your other report? (Webview setting allow you to configure what are the gift type used for committed revenue)

@Julia Howery Alex is correct. You do need to make sure your Committed Revenue and your Receieved Revenue is configured correctly and should be the same as when you do reports in RE Database View.
