Online Registration Form

I'm creating an online registration form for an upcoming golf tournament. I've added a number of questions under “Registrant Details”. However, when I publish the form and follow the link to try it out, it completely skips over the Registrant Details section. Any idea why this is happening? It looks fine on the back end..

@Sam Berry - Welcome to BB Community forums! When testing out the form, are you selecting a registrant? Would you be willing to share a link to the form here?

@Sam Berry There are a couple of things you can check:

Do you have at least one Registration Fee on your form? Participant Options only apply to Registration Fees and not Other Fees.
Confirm the Participant Options added to your form are either applied to All registrants or Registrants with a specific fee.

When testing out the form, be sure to select a Registration Fee with a Participant Option applied to see if it shows up.

I decided to take a look this morning while sipping coffee, and it looks like this is working fine. The key is to click the “Next” button though, which is a little confusing:
