Hiding Candidates from Current Families

We use SchoolAdmin for initial admissions. We then export these families into Blackbaud. Is there a way to prevent current and active families in Blackbaud to see these students who are listed as candidates in their Blackbaud accounts? These students are siblings of current students which is why their families are already in Blackbaud. Thank you!

@Jessica Hyatt You are excluding the candidate role / persona from your directories but they are showing due to relationship if you look up an existing family?

@Brian Hoyt That's correct. I ended up going into each student and removing parental access for their parents. I will have to go back and update this before we send out acceptance. =/

@Jessica Hyatt In Core go to content → Directories. You can change what roles are included and who can see the directory. We have individual directories for students, parents, faculty, incoming students.
