School Forms: How to Send to a Specific Family

Hello.

We are nearing the end of implementation and I want to test out School Forms before we start using them for real. How do I choose to send a form to a Test Family, please?

@Jennifer Miller Hi Jennifer, I have one quick question, where was this form created? There are a couple of different areas to create forms. If this is a form created, in either Core or EM, then you can specify the recipients of the form under settings for that form. If you go to edit settings and then Recipients, you can send it to either the user specifically, or the parents of the User. If you just want the form to go to one person, just search for the name and check the box next to that person. You can drill down to a specific group or even one person(s) to have that form show up in this profile. Forms created for the Website, are essentially for event registrations and the link to that form can be shared with any that you want.

@Jennifer Miller you would just search for your test student in your recipients area and check that one sample record.
