Is there a way to add multiple instances of Online Presence in NXT

Hi,

When I create a new constituent record in NXT, I'd like to be able to add both the website AND LinkedIn, but I can only add one. Does anyone know how to address this?

not sure what you mean by you can only add one.

I just tested and is able to add as many as I want. (you can have only one designated as "Primary")

some screenshot of what you mean by “can only add one” will help

@Lisa Laughlin when you first enter a new constituent in web view, yes, you can only add one instance of online domains, like a web site. However, once the record is formed you can add additional types, like Facebook, LinkedIn or even a second web site. It is the same with email and phone numbers, not to mention additional salutations. Just a quirk with web view as opposed to database view. You cannot even add marital status initially.

@Lisa Laughlin Do you have your Business Rules in Config set to only allow one phone type per record? I know that these links are not actually phone numbers, but they follow the same rules in RE.
