BBMS / Raiser's Edge NXT Events registration form errors

Dear all,

At my organization, we are trying to set up BBMS and Raiser’s Edge NXT Events so that we can use an online registration form for an upcoming event. I have submitted tickets to Blackbaud Support about this, but I was wondering whether anyone in the Blackbaud user community has also seen anything like this, and if so, how did you fix it?

We followed the steps to set up BBMS and link it to Raiser’s Edge, and we were successful in being able to set up configuration details in the Control panel > Settings area of BBMS. But when we try to go to the Virtual Terminal, this is what we see:

This persists across my BBID and a colleague’s BBID who also has access to BBMS.

I think another problem may be related to this – we are also getting an error message when we try to set up an online registration form using BBMS.

This is what it looks like when I first land on the registration form page:

Parts of the page related to payment are incorrectly showing “Registration closed.”

And then, a second or so after I see the above image, the page changes over to this error message:

Has anyone out there also seen anything like this, and if so, how did you fix it?

In case anyone comes across this issue in the future, we were finally able to get virtual terminal in BBMS working and the error to resolve in Events by changing the passwords for BBPS and BBMS and then waiting about 24 hours.
