Classes for Prospect Researchers

Hi everyone! We're somewhat new to RE NXT and we're trying to offer a comprehensive list of classes to take for our prospect researchers, since BB doesn't offer have that as one of its outcomes categories. So here's my question : does anyone have such a list?

Our prospect researchers don't have to add a lot of information to RE NXT, but since they use the information on the platform daily, they need a fundamental understanding of it and its reporting tools, as they are often asked to create reports for our fundraisers (who have less permissions). So far, we've been looking into the certifications for both RE NXT and RE, which offer a global understanding of the platform. We're also looking at the Executive Learning Path since it offers a couple more advanced classes based on what they would have to do.

Does anyone have alternative paths that they have found to be useful or simply classes that seem essential to them as prospect researchers?

RE NXT Reporting & Analysis

RE NXT Report Building – this also has “Insights” which, I believe, is an add on. I use it for my 1:1 meetings with leadership and Dev. Tea.

If they have Research Point as their wealth screening, they should take that class. Within Research Point there were two classes, Prospect Research and Research Tools.

Definitely is! I shall take a look at the classes you recommended. While we don't have Research Point as a tool, I'll look into it a bit to see if that might be something we want to consider for the future!

@Guillaume Bertrand Another option besides BB subscriptions would be to work with an RE consultant to customize training specific to your needs. This might be advantageous if you would like to build specific reports for your organization's long-term use or import ratings, etc. during the training sessions. My team does this type of training (as I know many other reputable consultants do as well).
