Enrollment Contract List - Misnamed/Missing Filters

I wrote the below in response to “Add filter to contract lists for | Ideas for Blackbaud's K12 products (aha.io)”, but wanted to see if anyone else was as frustrated. In Enrollment Management, there's a nice SKY Contract List that I can quickly slice and dice for data. The filters, however, need some reworking. While I can export to Excel to do this, I prefer the ease of built-in filters - if they weren't poorly named.

Contracts have two major steps before they can be accepted/processed:

• 1) Deposit received
• 2) All signatures in place

Neither filter exists, and there are two misnamed/misleading filters:

• 1) "Deposit Due" - Yes/No
  • It doesn't mean deposit paid/unpaid
  • It filters for deposit=$0
    • not sure how often this is useful.
• 2) “Pending Additional Signatures” - Y/N
  • doesn't mean signatures needed/all signed, which we do need
  • I'm not sure what it means, and there's no KB on it.
  • The workaround is to look for blank Remaining Responsible Signers - but this filter doesn't exist.

@Art Bryman Yup. These are the exact filters I would like also, and end up exporting to excel frequently to achieve. You can get deposits received in the analysis dashboard, but the delay on that often rules it out for me. Not sure I've voted on an idea so I'll make a trip to the bank.

The other ones I really would like to see are y/n filters for the applying for financial aid and adding tuition insurance questions. These bother me less, because I am typically exporting those lists anyway.

Seconded! It has made reporting on contracts so frustrating for us, especially when we are trying to determine who our missing responsible signers are. Will vote on the idea right away
