Hello, Hello, Hello -

My name is Mike and I'm one of the Product Managers for Blackbaud's Learning Management and Student Information Systems.

I'm excited to share with you all that we're beginning to look into how we might be able to reimagine the course and department experiences. We're looking at this from a couple different angles, from course and department creation, reporting and datapoints you might expect at the course and department level, to how we think about grading configurations on the course record.

Specifically, we're referencing the view that you can find in Academics > Scheduling > Request and Schedules > Department and Courses.

Our first goal is to chat with you all to learn about your expectations around course and department records. If this is something that is of interest to you, feel free to follow the link below to schedule a meet with me and my team.

During the meeting we'll be taking a look at a couple different things:

• How your school uses course records today, and any challenges you have around managing course records.
• How your school thinks about grading both from a setup and troubleshooting perspective.
• What kind of analytics your school looks at from a Class/Course/Department level.
• What your thoughts are on a couple different prototypes we have built.
