Multiple memberships not showing on constituents' NXT records

Hi, some of our constituents have multiple memberships. On their records in NXT in the top right corner where it says Membership, and only shows one of them. Is there a way to fix it so that all the memberships are visible there? thanks

    @Lena Payne - Membership data within NXT is currently being expanded. Check the entire constituent record in Web View, you may have a tile specifically for “Memberships” now. If it's not visible, it's coming.

    @Lena Payne, hopefully it's the case that it's just taking some time to roll out to all organizations. I just checked the records for a few different constituents who have more than one membership (we just have two possible at this time), and both memberships show in the tile in webview. I don't know if all would show up if we had more membership programs.

  • @Austen Brown hi, thank you for your reply. Yes we do have a whole ‘tile’ for the Membership module down the page. It is just the top right corner that shows the summary of Constituent codes and then Membership which only has one of the two so it can be confusing for people to only see one and assume there's just the one when there are more.

  • @Lena Payne Last year we were exploring Memberships and I asked Customer Support this same question. This was their response about which Membership displays in the top banner on a Constituent record: “The membership on a constituents record in RENXT that is displayed is going to be the active membership. If there are more than one active membership then it'll be the latest added membership that will show.” The recently enhanced Membership tile does now show full detail on multiple Memberships, but the banner display cannot be modified at this time.

  • @Lena Payne I have the Membership tile and can see all active memberships within it, however in the top banner I also only see one of the active memberships. I submitted an idea please vote RENXT-I-6634.
