RE NXT API How to send honor/memorial info to RE NXT

We are sending information from our system to RE NXT using the API.
My question is how can I send tribute information?
The fields I am interested in sending are type (honor or memorial), name of the person, email, message, and address.
I've tried to test this endpoint, but the response is 403 Forbbiden

In a nutshell, if you are not environment admin there are some API (i.e. tribute) that cannot be called… well until recently.
