Canceled Memberships favored over Active in exports

Altru is consistently favoring canceled or expired memberships over Active memberships in exports. This happening in both manually created export definitions even though I am adding the “Is Dropped” filter; and on built-in reports likes member renewals. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Altru support has been unhelpful.

    maybe make a sep segment or selection of all cancelled and when exporting ask (if you can in export?) to exclude anyone on that or in that segment or selection? not even sure if that is possible? following as your answers could help with other things (like email filtering maybe)

    I had this same issue recently and also didn't get a good solution from support. I found KB article 112592, it may help. It didn't really help in my situation because we are new to Altru and not all of our memberships have been recently changed.

  • geometry dash breeze Not only that, but I just went through the exact same thing and support couldn't fix it either. I came upon KB article 112592; it could be useful.
