Merge Functions for Power Automate Acknowledgement Fields

Good morning everyone,

I'm attempting to go through the Microsoft Power Automate tutorial for how to automatically generate acknowledgement letters. I've hit the part of customization, and this is what the tutorial says:

So my question is - has anyone figured this out? I'm in a place where I need this information in order to progress and utilize our existing acknowledgements.
