Hi all! Looking for anyone familiar with the integration between Raiser's Edge 7 and Counterpoint. We are struggling to get support/resolution for an issue with the integration originally developed by Red Rook to sync membership data between those two systems, and I'm hoping I might be able to connect with someone with informal expertise who could help us.

    if it was a custom build integration by some company, you should reach out to them for support. it is difficult to help with issue arise from a custom build integration by others.
