RENXT List

I created a list in web view so others can view it, but my colleagues do not see the list. Can someone assist me in how they can see the list I shared. Working in the database all these years is hindering my abilities to want to be in RENXT. :-)

First, when you save the list, you need to select “Others can view”

Then your colleagues will need to go to the same list type (i.e. constituent list) and click on [+] icon and select “Open a saved list” to open it.

@Alex Wong Thanks Alex, I'll share this with my team. There are things that are not quite set to use Lists for email in NXT, but I'll be ready. Appreciate the assist!

Hi @Terri Watson,

Aside from the List settings that Alex mentioned - In User Management, the users would need to have permission to access Lists. I select “Access All Lists” which interestingly checks the boxes for Actions, Constituents, and Gifts, but there's no checkbox for Opportunities. There's also a checkbox to allow the Export of Lists. So far, our users are able to access all 4 List categories.

@Terri Watson When I create list for others I will check the others can manage or view and then I save it. Then I share the list with them. Not sure if that's how I should do it, but we've never had an issue with the process.
