Our Upper School takes attendance in the first meeting of every day (8.15-9.02), no matter which block is scheduled.

When we have a special schedule and make changes to the Daily Schedule Calendar, the attendance entries are not officially recorded with the red arrow that "Denotes Attendance of Record", even if the first period is kept at a run time of 8:15-9:02am.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
