Transcripts Not Displaying This Morning

Good Morning, Is anyone having trouble with transcripts this morning? We can only see the last page and there are no grades displayed. We haven't made any changes to our settings. I have been on hold for the chat for 25 minutes….

  • @Catherine Druhan - Yes we reported it to Customer support - they are escalating ticket to engineers - only happening with grades 11 & 12 and Alumni

  • @Kathy Hannon Thanks for the info. I can't see any regardless of grade level. Been on hold waiting for the chat for 45 minutes now and we can't it's holding up preparations for course requests. Frustrating!

  • @Catherine Druhan no issues here, but our transcript is only one page. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

  • @Maryann Cummiskey I was able to print all but one of our senior transcripts this morning. I put in a ticket regarding the missing data for the one student and this is the response I received:

    "I have passed the information on to our product development team for further review. They will be working to test and isolate the root cause, so that a fix can be implemented. Please note that it does take time for the team to identify, implement and test a solution, so that it can be added to a future release. I will update you once I have additional information. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. For now, I'm seeing the workarounds listed as follows:


    - Set the height of an adjacent content block to a large number.
    - Have the courses/groups grid as the only content block in a single row.

    Please let me know if you have questions."

  • @Julie Pavlovics same response I got — was not happy with the work around! I should not have to alter my transcript set up because there was something, clearly, in the update that was done overnight! Good thing is - my transcripts are all working fine this morning!!

    We had the same issue yesterday. My transcripts are correct this morning.
