Fatal Error when trying to globally add registrations to an event

I've globally added registrants hundreds of times but for some reason this morning I keep getting errors and it is crashing the system.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I'm attaching screen shots of what I'm seeing. I am getting the error when I try to just add the registrants one at a time.

@Joanne Felci Hi! Are you still having this issue? If so, I would recommend chatting in with Blackbaud support.

@Crystal Bruce…thanks! I did put in a support ticket and they told me it was fixed but I just tried and it is still not working so I sent them more screen shots…sigh!

Support still has not figured this out and it appears to be an event bigger problem.

Database view - neither Global Add or adding a participant one at a time is working.

Web view - the registration page appears to let you register but the participant does not get added to the event (or it has not yet…perhaps there is a lag happening). It does not let you add a participant one at a time via Web view.

All of this worked for me last Friday so I'm not sure what the heck is happening but I really hope it isn't happening for anyone else but if you do events I'd suggest testing.

@Joanne Felci what a pain! I hope this is resolved quickly. Please post an update when you can! I don't have anything to suggest but am definitely interested in hearing what happens.

It is working again…all of a sudden it was working again which is even more frustrating in a way. But I'm glad it is working again.

Web View is still lagging but I'm not sure if that is my org's slow network or what might be going on but at least when I test the registration forms they are working
