"Candidate Enrolled" Notification function

I'm trying to find out exactly how this is triggered and what info it sends. I can't find details in the knowledgebase. I know the trigger says “Candidate Enrolled” which sounds straightforward, like we're notified as each individual candidate is enrolled, but the merge field seems to indicate names are sent in batches.

@Daniel Wallach I haven't used this specific notification but we do use a similar one for when candidates are added to a particular committee. The members of the committee receive a list of all the new candidates that were added to their committee as of the time of the notification so I imagine this works the same way but with newly-enrolled students.

That sounds right intuitively, but it's not clear in the system. I've set it active with myself as a recipient, and we have contracts coming in for candidates that automatically enrolls them, so hopefully I'll see the message to get a better idea.

Hi @Daniel Wallach - the email goes out as a digest at midnight for the students that have been enrolled from candidates to students.
