Automated Email after student is enrolled

I would like to see an option available to send an automated email to parents once a student is enrolled. We currently have this set up for once a Decision is made. We have information that we communicate to every new family when they join and it would be helpful if this could be automated once enrollment occurs.

  • @Kristin Solomon I agree. We always get questions from our families if their contract is complete and what next steps are. It would be great if we could have an automated message that we can personalize once a contract is processed.

  • @ChristinaMarie Rawlins if you go to Communication → Notifications → Online Contract Processed and select edit from the three-dot menu, you can enable + customize an automated message that is sent when a contract is processed. One downside is that the same notification is used for all contract types so you can't have separate information for enrollment vs. re-enrollment contracts, for example.

  • @ChristinaMarie Rawlins There is an automated message for processed contracts. If you don't enroll students automatically when the contract is processed, then I can't say for sure about an enrolled notification. The one for processed contracts is found in Enrollment Management > Communication > Notifications > Online Contract Processed. You can edit it to include whatever info you think is needed following the contract.
