Service Pack 36 - any issues?

Hi all - we're self-hosted, and evaluating the move to BB CRM 4.0 Service Pack 36. Has anyone installed the SP, and if so, have you encountered any issues, especially with regards to the new Gender stuff? We have a lot of customizations that we've done in-house, and we're trying to get a handle on how much work/re-work we might have to do to in order to roll out the SP.

  • @Matthew Handelman We are also self-hosted and have it our Staging environment, with plans to move it to our Production environment soon. We haven't noticed any problems, but upon seeing your post I've realized that we probably haven't considered the gender changes as much as we should have. I've found at least two custom reports that will probably need changes.

  • @Matthew Handelman we are self-hosted and live in SP36. There have been a number of batch related issues that we did not catch in testing in SP36. They are promising a hotfix to address those issues--you might want to wait for that!

  • @Matthew Handelman @Kelli Crispin sure. one issue is preventing download of some donations and one is sending additional donations on top of event registrations into failed transactions. Both require manual entry of these transactions as a work around.

Verify that the field NEWCONSTITUENT is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid. doesn't have a KB item yet, but we were told a hotfix would be available for SP36 soon that addresses this issue.
