Bulk Upload Files Issue - Resolved

Wondering if anyone else has tried to use the Bulk Upload files utility after the May 7 K-12 software update.
I am trying to do an upload today and having no luck. My file validates - but when I use the “bulk upload” interface to add the files - nothing happens. No error message, nothing. I have a case open with support - but at the moment - they have no solution for me. Just wondering if anyone else is sharing my experience.

    @Candace Chesler - I did a bulk file upload this morning with no problem. 150 PDF files to teacher s' accounts.

    @Brian Gray - Good to know. I think my problem was with my file names being too many characters, But with no error message on the screen - it was challenging to troubleshoot.

    My original file, the files names were a max of 54 characters. I shortened them to 48 characters - same process. I then made matters worse by shortening them to under 20 characters - but left an underscore that I took out in my csv file. Still no error message on the upload screen - but that mistake was easier to find.
