NXT Web View Receipting and eMail Types

Does anyone know if you can pick a certain email type to send an eReceipt to - so that is the only type the receipt is sent to and if that type is not on the record then an eReceipt will not be sent?

And if you can set things up that way how do you do that?

@Joanne Felci I'm pretty sure that is not an option. It seems to just send to the first email on the record.

I do not use the default RE NXT receipt function as I do not find it having the options we need, but my guessimate is the module is using the “primary” email (you can only have ONE email marked as primary. If a record does not have primary then it will use any available active one.

@Alex Wong thanks that is what I figured…I think I could still get it to work for me, just will take more doing, of course
