Syncing Emails from BB with Google

Has anyone synced emails from BB for parents and students to google? I'm trying to figure out a way to create email lists and/or add to my director so my employees can email easier then going through BB. Using the communication tools in BB has been the biggest frustration to my employees and I'm looking for alternatives.

    @Mary Cummings Hi Mary! Userbus can do this. It can create email groups in Google based on just about anything from Blackbaud. Some schools use departments, grade levels, class of, roles, etc.
