cancelling recurring credit card

I have a donor that wants to cancel her recurring credit card. How do I go about doing this?

    @Gerri Dudenhoeffer If it is in Raiser's Edge Database View and done through batches:

    1. Open the original Recurring Gift record in the constituent's record.
    2. On the Gift tab, change the Status/date field: Change the status from Active to either Terminated or Completed.
    3. Save and Close the gift.

    If it is done automatically thru RE NXT:

    1. Open the original Recurring Gift on the constituent's record in web view.
    2. Click Mark as >Terminated/Completed/On hold.
