Constant Green Dot
Is there anyone else utilizing Blackbaud and having issues with a Green Dot after attempting to add invoices, run reports or upload journal entries? It has gotten so bad I can not process or utilize NXT in the afternoons. I placed a help desk ticket 3 months ago explaining my services have been interrupted and was told our site is the only one having issues.

@Jennifer Benson - I had issues with this when logging in via VPN. Blackbaud recommended whitelisting several backend URLs and that resolved our problem. I still get the green dot but it blinks 4-6 times and processes the invoice. Hope this helps.

Now I am getting Runtime Error when trying to run reports.0 -
@Anne Swearingin I cant utilize NXT at all in the afternoons. Checks wont print and load into the register , reports will not run and takes up to 17 minutes for a page to reload and tell me there's an error.

This is brutal, have you gotten any update on this. I have terminated my session even, thinking something was running in the back grounds. This is the slowest software ever.
