Maximize OLX editing window

In OLX content editing window I only can see two lines. When I scroll it still only shows two lines. The drop-down menu in the upper left has maximize/minimize options, but they are greyed out. Is there a way to maximize that content editing window?

do you have some screenshots of the problem?

this is likely a problem that your IT department can help solve, relating to monitor resolution and scaling of the screen as well we which Citrix receiver/workspace version you are using to connect to RE database view, some version really can't work with non-100% zoom.

@Alex Wong I've attached a screen shot. I did work with BB tech support yesterday and they couldn't help. They suggested I zoom in, but that makes the fonts larger.

@Joanne Pauley Did you get this issue resolved? I'm currently having the same problem. Support told me that BB removed the ability to resize the window, which is hard to believe. It's made OLX completely unusable for me. If you've been able to to fix the problem I'd love to know how. Thanks!

I haven't had any luck getting this resolved. It's really frustrating! @Alex Wong it's not a screen resolution issue. Is there anything we can try?

Here it is. NOTE: I'm including the full screen view: full screen OLX, and the editing window. The text is all I can see at once. When I scroll it still shows only two lines at a time.

I see what you mean now. I do not use OLX email function, so was not aware of this and not sure if it always been this way.

I only use OLX for event regitration and the editing window is a lot bigger.
