Where do you store academic transfer records?

Where is everyone storing academic transfer records? We have a group of people who need to see an incoming student's transfer and final records once they are an admitted student. At the same time, they do not need to see all of the admissions files. How can we designate who has access and to what specific information? Should this be part of the Files and Forms in Core. Should they all be attached to our Admissions Checklist?

  • @Jennifer Miller This is a great question. We struggle with the same thing and right now admissions is creating a google sheet with shared information input on it. However, our admissions cycle starts in November the year prior and we're finding that information can be outdated by the time our incoming students transfer files are needed. I am looking at building a student checklist to help with this where we likely need to re-request information from incoming students transfer schools.
