online giving query

I am trying to run a query in DB view that includes our online giving from our donation forms. Is this possible? Currently, they are not showing up.

How are you filtering in donors - gift date, fund, appeal, etc.?
Do your online donation form gifts have the field used by your filter? If not, then you need to adjust your filters.

@Mark Guncheon is correct. As long as your gifts have already been committed, the gifts should show up as long as they are part of your criteria. I think you need to look and double check your criteria @Laura Marcinkowski.

@Dariel Dixon @Mark Guncheon the only filters I have set up is the date range and the funds. Which online gifts should fit into- but they still don't show up.

@Laura Marcinkowski I would then check to see how your online gifts are coming into the system. If the only criteria are date and fund, then they should come in without issue, unless there's an error in your criteria logic.

assuming by donation forms, you mean RE NXT donation form, the gifts made on these forms does not “count as gift” when it's made. Someone has to go and approve the web gift batch before it is reportable (both database view and webview).

@Alex Wong thank you! Once its approved…is there any other delay? It seems that even when I've approved it…sometimes it doesn't show up. But, I just changed the date range to “Last Month” and they show up now.

yes, there is a delay on webview list and report:

if you are using database view query, then there is no delay
