Creating email (HTML) and sending email in Raiser's Edge NXT

in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®: General Discussions

Hi, we are currently being formed in Raiser's Edge NXT because we are going to start to use it in septembre. Currently, for creating email HTML we use Mailchimp. I have been following a class in Blackbaud University on creating and sending email with NXT, and I find that they are way less options et flexibility in NXT than Mailchimp. (ex. : preview text, visuel option for social media icons, for CTA button, etc.)

Can anyone confirm that it offeets, in fact, less options? How do you manage to still use it then? Even the statistics seem less detailed.

    @Karine LemireDemers - Welcome to BB Community forums! NXT does not have the ability to view HTML code for emails. I work with a lot of clients that make due with the features available in NXT Email Marketing, even if the system doesn't do exactly what they want. Since you already have and by the sounds of it are successfully using Mailchimp - I recommend sticking with that.
