Pre-Selected Amount on Donation Form

Has this recently been added? I have had to issue 4 refunds in the past 2 days because a donor types in an amount in the “Other” field, but does not select that option. Since they just typed in the amount, the charge is still being processed as the Pre-selected amount that you have to set. Has anyone else had this issue?

@Justen Albright - I've heard of this happening before, try changing the format of the amount options to display as “narrow”.

@Justen Albright I don't imagine that there have been many changes to OLX of late as I believe that the focus has been entirely on the RE NXT giving page options. If you do have RE NXT, it may be worth looking at those forms to see if this is resolved there.

@Rainee Crabtree If you change the format of the amount options to display as “narrow” that does work. I don't think you can adjust what they look like on the page but it does resolve that issue, thankfully!
