Users unable to view pictures/initials on constituent record

Whilst I can view donor picture/initials on a constituents record in NXT, some of my users cannot see the pictures or donor initials at all. We have raised the issue with Blackbaud support but still awaiting a resolution. Any on else experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.

@Paul Mantell Are they able to work as normal otherwise? I haven't seen this issue before. Support should be able to figure out a resolution.

Thanks @Dariel Dixon. Images working fine for myself, just not for all of our users.
