Recurring Gift Error

We had a recurring gift donor who's schedule was suddenly changed from annual to monthly (he's been an annual donor for several years). I received a voicemail from this very irritated donor wanting to know why his credit card was being charged monthly. We did nothing on our end to change it-it was set up as annual and changed by the system. Anyone else have this issue?

    I would double-check the properties on the original recurring gift - in database view - to confirm that it was a system change and when it happened. The “last changed by” will say “NXT System User” or something like that.

    If it was definitely changed by the system, which does seem a little weird but things have been weird lately, contact support.
