PayPal/Venmo on Donation Forms in RE-NXT

I have recently noticed that PayPal or Venmo is no longer an option when someone is making an online donation. When “Donate Securely Here” is selected the option no longers shows up.

Is anyone else experiencing this and do you know why it is happening? I believe the option is “turned on” however I do not typically work with Donation Forms in NXT.

Any help or direction is appreciated!

@Jenny Marquardt - Do you have “Donor Cover” or “Complete Cover” turned on for the NXT form? If you do, PayPal/Venmo aren't an option when these are enabled.

@Jenny Marquardt - In that case, I'd access your BBMS account and double check that PayPal is still integrated/enabled. If it is, I recommend reaching out to support on this.
