Query a constituent with an opportunities

Does anyone know if I can query and export the opportunities tile from within a Constituent record? I can't seem to find the field in either query or export and nothing online re this.

There is surprisingly a lot to answer!

Query and Export are not currently available in webview. Query is coming soon, and Export will come later, but we don't know exact timing for either of them yet. The Product Update Briefing (PUB) from this past spring talks about webview Query a little bit more.

Although you can Query in database view, some of the fields are renamed. For instance, Opportunities are called Proposals in database view. They are found in a Constituent Query under the Prospect node. This knowledgebase article may be helpful. Although webview can capture the history of an Opportunity status change, that information does not write back to database view, so will not be available in Query. A complete history is not currently available in a webview List either - you can only see it on the Opportunity itself.

Exporting Proposal information is challenging, because the only filter you can apply to Proposals is the Purpose. You cannot export only the active proposals for a constituent, or only the proposals with other specific criteria such as date expected.

Because I have unfortunately shared a lot of what cannot be done, please let us know what you are specifically trying to filter and display on your list, and we'll see if we can get you what you need!

@Tasha Mikoz You can create an opportunity List in RE NXT, which I use for a weekly report on Opportunities that are funded (completed) for the FY and Opportunities that are in the first three steps that we have created (Planning, Asked and Approved). Of course this is determined by how you set up coding for Opportunities/Proposals in your database.
