Importing Excel Spreadsheet Into RE NXT

Apologies for the long statement/question in advance, but here goes. Our organization obviously has constituents that donate. If the donation is covering credit card fees, it was set up as of yesterday as follows: If the donation was for $100 and the credit card fee was $5, it would batch like this: $100 Annual Fund, $5 Donation Fund. We changed it yesterday so that any new donation would batch like this: $100 Annual Fund, $5 Credit Card Fees. Credit Card Fees was added as a fund in database view. With that said, I have approximately 100 gifts that need to be corrected so that the split reflects the new Credit Card Fees Fund. I have in a excel spreadsheet the following columns for each gift: view record, system id record, gift id, is anonymous, donor name, date of gift, type of gift, amount, fund and appeal. However, in this spreadsheet, the amount for each individual gift is the total amount. For instance, an example of the two columns I speaking about on the spreadsheet is $26.22. I know that $25 goes to the Annual Fund and $1.22 is credit card fees. With all of that information said, I don't know how to export this into RE. Would I need to break up the gift amount on the spreadsheet so that the spreadsheet reads $25 Annual Fund, $1.22 credit card fees? This is how the spreadsheet currently looks:

I also don't know if importing the gift the way I want it to represent will override the original entry as I would want it to do? Any guidance on the best way to do this would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
