BBCRM - Fund Financial Information - Allow negative currency values

For a fund, under financial information, negative currency is throwing an error:

I can add the negative value directly in SQL but from the front-end it displays the error:

Book value start cannot be less than $0.00.

How do I allow the users to be able to add negative values for these fields?
