Lack of Web or Social Channel Packages in BBCRM

Due to BBCRM not having a ‘Web’ or ‘Social’ Channel Package, we have been having to choose only from phone, email, and mail, which inaccurately represents the channel for these packages. This then leads to an incorrect “Channel” when the Marketing effort is built and thus false reporting for incoming gift attribution.

What solutions have you found to work around the lack of these available channels? Thanks!
