Enrolling candidate failing

Is anyone else getting errors enrolling candidates in Enrollment Management Enroll or Inactivate Candidate. We're getting a the green osculating circle for a while then the error “There was an error saving candidates. Please try refreshing the page.” We already have a case in and escalated it as it has been 2 days now that we have not been able to enroll with just one more day until classes.

    Hi - I have had the same problem this week. Can't enroll any students in Enrollment Management. I created a case that was also escalated but haven't heard anything in a couple of days. The support analyst gave me a reccomendation for a work around that involved changing the candidate's entry year, enrolling them and then changing it back. I didn't love this but I tried it and it didn't quite work; once I got to the step where I needed to re-classify the incoming student I got an error. So now the student I tried this for is an Incoming Student and I can't make them Current. It does allow their schedule to be created so that is a help but our school year starts on Monday so this is really a problem.

    We've had it work just twice, once early this morning and once late Monday night; perhaps a server load time-of-day issue. We just kept trying in the normal way not choosing to play the entering year game.

    Thanks for the info. I was finally able to get my students enrolled just in the nick of time since I needed to print schedules today. So frustrating that such a critical feature would be on the fritz!
