I am working on our admissions checklists for the upcoming admissions season. Last year, our checklist milestones did not accurately reflect where applicants were in the process (for example: prospects/inquiries did not advance to applicants once an application was in if previous steps were not also completed.) I know there is a solution and I am working on rearranging our steps, but I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share screenshots of their checklists? Any additional tips would be appreciated. @Emily Burress Here are screenshots of our standard checklist:

Adding an exiting “Application Started” milestone was the only way I was able to get our checklists to accurately reflect where families were in the application process. As soon as I receive any piece of the application I check it off and then also check off the actual piece that we received. It is 1 extra click, but has been working for us.
