AZURE MIGRATION FAILURE -- HELP!

Hi, yesterday our database was “migrated” to Azure. However, we have had zero access to the database since the migration. Citrix does not appear to be connecting to the new server. Has anyone else had this problem? We are on the 22 version of Citrix, and are likely unable to upgrade to 24 due to issues it has with other programs. Blackbaud is giving us the run around both yesterday and today.

If anyone else has had this issue and can tell me how they resolved it, it would be profoundly helpful.

    @Katie Nelson - Welcome to BB Community forums! Try resetting your Citrix Workspace - I've had to do this every few days to get DBVs to open.

    1. Display hidden icons, click on ^ within dock.
    2. Right click on Citrix icon, then "Advanced Preferences".
    3. Click on "Reset Citrix Workspace" and confirm.

  • @Austen Brown Thanks for responding! Unfortunately, this hasn't worked, and the .ica files are correctly defaulted to citrix.

    @Katie Nelson Do you not have access to NXT either? Is there another environment for your account? I'd definitely escalate the ticket with Blackbaud to see what they find. Update your ticket as soon as possible so it can be moved along.

    Blackbaud normally would assign project manager for the migration and to ensure its success. “Blackbaud is giving us the run around” are you talking about regular BB support or the project manager team? Get your Account rep involve asap and demand this to a satisfactory end.

    While you do that, let me ask this first, how are you accessing the database view? Did you migrated from self-host, 3rd party host, or Blackbaud host?
