How to Reprint Receipts after making changes to the receipt template

Hi,

I used the bulk function to issue receipts to donors who contributed over the summer, then realized the existing message in the template was not customized; I also noticed there was a place to add an image of our seal. While I really like the ability to bulk issue receipts, I unfortunately marked these as “receipted” and am now having trouble running the list again.

1) Is there a way to re-run the same list while keeping each same receipt number, but with the updated, institutional-specific thank you and seal?

2) Is there an easy way to print all 60 in bulk without having to click on each and run it through the printer?

@Rachel Padget Sorry that no one replied to your post. You likely have figured it out by now. I don't receipt thru web view so didn't have an answer to do that way.

I think there is a work around using db view to create the list and then possibly using that list in web view to run receipt. I don't think it could use the same receipt # but you could try that list first and if it doesn't work, a list of those 60 gifts for new receipt #.

Your bio doesn't say where you're located. I think US but Canada does have some stricter regs regarding receipts and # so if Canada don't know if workaround would help.
