For our Early Childhood and Lower School faculty, it would be helpful for them to also receive the notifications (News Posts) that our co-curricular teachers send to families. I understand I can add them as a teacher or co-teacher on the course, but I am hoping to avoid that as it confuses parents and they reach out to the homeroom teacher about courses they don't actually teach.
Has anyone found a workaround? Is there any way to add them to the roster without being a teacher? Canvas has a feature for an ‘observer’ in the class. Maybe something similar to this?
