Uploading Membership Database to our Point of Sale System

Hi,

We are on Raiser's Edge 7 and have been using files.blackbaudhosting.com to upload our membership database to our point of sales system, TAM. Recently, Raiser's Edge moved us over to an Azure Cloud Environment, and the upload continued to work for a month or more. However, I was unable to log in to my account on Files.Blackbaudhosting to upload our membership database.

After contacting Blackbaud support I was told we had to go through the Tenant File Share and upload our file to the FTP folder. Our IT manager and myself reconfigured the process we run with the new FTP server name, directory, user name, and password. After we ran our export, we ran that process manually and we can see that TAM is reaching out to the server, but it's unable to find the file. We are not sure where things are failing and was wondering if anyone had any advice on what to try?
